ADRIAN WILD, CHAIRMAN
Chairman and founder of HBXL, Adrian was a builder for 25 years and has built 80+ houses and 300 extensions. Fed up with confusing Price Books and lack of software suitable for his size business, he developed his own estimating package. Adrian is an ideas man and has launched EstimatorXpress, PlansXpress, Health & Safety Xpert and ContractsXpert, and had a part to play in BuildProjex.
JOANNA MULGREW, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joanna has been with the company since it started and knows the products well. She grew up surrounded by the building industry as her father was a builder and has also renovated 3 properties. With a degree in marketing and graphic design she now heads up the business operationally as well as leading research and development into new software opportunities to help UK builder's businesses fly! BuildProjex is very much Joanna's baby!
JIM PIZZEY, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Jim has lots of construction experience having worked on site and now develops software packages alongside Steven. Jim is the main author of PlansXpress and is essential to the updating of EstimatorXpress. Jim also heads up the Support Team, ensuring each and every customer gets the prompt, friendly and professional assistance they deserve.
STEVEN MULGREW, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Steven strives to author software packages that are robust, user-friendly and tackle the everyday bug bears that builders face! Steven has personally been responsible for the launch of BuildProjex, along with Health & Safety Xpert and ContractsXpert. As a hobby he renovates property.
MARC BRADY, DIRECTOR OF SALES
Marc, who has been with the company for over a decade is now our Account Director. He provides expert advice for those who are considering purchasing or subscribing to building software to help their business.
With his other hat on, Marc looks at ways of improving the business still further.
THOMAS BROOKS, SOFTWARE COACH & TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Tom is our Software Coach & Technical Specialist at HBXL and manages our team of Business Support Advisors who provide expert assistance both before and after purchase of our software. He is responsible for ensuring that each and every support call is answered promptly and in plain English to resolve users queries so they are back up and running in the shortest possible time.
Joe Walsh, Account Manager – Customer Success
Joe Walsh a.k.a. The heart of gold, and an essential part of the Support team. Joe won't rest until he is sure that all our software users have adjusted well to the software.
